Drank over 3 hours. Opened up after the first hour and was incredible. Cherry, vanilla, cedar, and violet notes. Ate with a NY Strip.

Needs another 3-5 years, but definitely buy it if you can find it. Dark plum, cranberry, burnt orange peel, wet leaves, vanilla

The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, cranberry, fig, strawberry jam, pear, cantaloupe, banana, pineapple, mushroom, forest floor, coffee and espresso. It tastes like strawberry, blackberry, fig, forest floor and mushroom. The body is light/medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.

Great wine. BlackBerry, blue berry, apply, and lime peel. Keep for another 2-3 years. But so good to drink now.

Decanted over 2 hours. Drank perfectly with a filet and potato. Wish I had 10 cases of these.

Decanted and drank over 2 hours. Still needs some time in the bottle, but wonderful now. Peat, dirt, plum, and black pepper. Will be better next year, but great now.

Good, but not a lot of personality. Leather and tobacco are dominant, if anything. Smooth finish.
