About two and a half hours after opening, as I cleaned the table, noticing there was a quarter-glass or so left in the bottle I poured it into my glass. Seems to be getting better. Huh. Do these NVs just need to age awhile?

As Girauds in this second-level price category go, I’ll rank it above the rose but below the Blanc de Craie.

    4/6/24, 1:31 PM - Well an 80 is a solid B on the A-F scale. Hardly a dud by any stretch, but everything is relative to its price range.
