For me this is as exciting/interesting a $30-ish white wine as any I had in 2021. Just love this stuff. Anyone who's into naturally made-but-proper Chenins from the Loire (or high-level whites from NW Spain or Etna) would be well-advised to seek this out.

There's so much going on: mineral zip, apricots and apricot pits, blanched white almonds, white tea, all manner of herbs, some autolytic/yeasty bits, and a really exciting, long savory finish as well.
