First bottle of case. With burgers from the barbecue on a frigid night. Very promising. Lively fruit; much more interesting and complex than a "basic" Beaujolais; much more accessible at this early stage than a Burgundy. Just kept getting better for 2 hours after pulling the cork. Delicious.
