Burgundy-like Chardonnay with apple, lemons on the palate, low acidity, little to no oak flavors.

PnP. Gorgeous, expansive black fruit aromas with some mild spice. Gone is the gamey, wild animal aromas that vexed earlier bottles. Medium bodied palate with blue and more black fruits. It is in the finish where this wine falters with some fairly sharp acidity that goes all the way to the end.

Recommendation (and I wasn't able to do this) is to decant for >30 minutes, although I'm unsure whether this rectifies the impact of the high acidity
