4/24/24, 7:50 AM - Hey DQ,I slow smoked a 24oz prime New York steak to 118 degrees then seared it in a hot cast iron pan with rosemary and sage , butter and a splash of oil. Went great with a baked potato and green salad. Wine paired perfectly.

Definitely bottle variation but could be related to how or if it’s been properly stored.I have another 750 and a nice 3L left. Not sure if I should hold the 3L a little longer for posterity or pop that bad boy soon to enjoy it with a bit of youth left.Cheers!
