12/6/20, 8:03 PM - Hope you enjoy! I’d say 8 hrs was enough, hard to say if too much because I didn’t get to it as quickly as I’d like. Compared to other ‘18s it could have been consumed PnP, but was nice to have the tannins soften and the wine open a bit. I’d say 4-5 hours could probably do the trick, wishing I checked in on it earlier but got busy.

10/19/20, 6:50 AM - Great at 4 hours and didn’t last long enough to tell if it was going to shut down unfortunately.
4/30/20, 8:56 AM - Drank alone unfortunately but did have the Realm 2016 Absurd a few nights prior. This was the slightly more balanced wine, my first G.T.O. but was a real treat. Uncorked about 3 hours before consuming, no decant. Drank over 2 hours (surprised it lasted that long between 4 people.)
