Colour: Strawberry Red, Definitely a Dark Rose. Aroma: Old World style with that Pinot Noir Quality Creeping in, Game/Funk/Fungal. Taste: Starts off with Strawberry/Rhubarb with a good amount of acidity when Chilled. Then when it warms up moves into a Creamy, Rich, Full bodies Wine but with a lot of Pinot Noir Qualities with a Good Cranberryness coming through. Very Nice

C: Opaque
A: Pronounced, youthful
Dark Concetrated Fruit, Oak!, Dark Floral

T: Dry, med acid, med+ body, med intensity, med finish
OAKy, Grape Koolaid, Oak almost over powers the fruit, very milky

conc: No Balance no Finesse, Just pure oak in your face and ultra ripe fruit but not even good in a sense

This Wine to say the least is interesting, changing back and forth from Sweet Fruity, to that Licorice/Molasses/Pumpernickel flavour. Colour: Dark Red with a tinge of Purple. Aroma: The nose is medium intensity but it has this character to almost give you a headache. It has A Molasses / Pumpernickel Bread / Licorice [real stuff btw] on it with a red fruit that has a Artificial / Medicinal Value Crazy I know. Taste:Medium Body, Cherry[check] Licorice, sweet but the acidity balances the acidity, but yet its sweet in a crazy type of way. This wine I say you need to try just for the fact it bounces around would be great for a wine tasting party with people trying to figure it out hah. Decanted for about 1.5hrs in my UFO decanter

Colour Very Dark Cherry Syrup looking. Aroma on of Plum/Prune with spice, very concentrated and big, Smelling this reminds me of my last Chianti I had, it has that Italian Nose. day2 it was earthy and spice. Tsate Medium Body, Acid Levels are good, very little tannins very smooth, Friui and Spice and can feel the alc on the 2nd day, the fruit started to fade. This isn'y my style of wine neither is Sangovise or Chianti. But well made

C: Dark Core, Redding out
A: Black Olives, RUbber, Hoisin Smokey Beef Jerky. A imaginery blend of "if Yogurt was a butter"
T: Sweet Vanilla, Stewed Plums, Tartness Creamy/milky. Tannins very soft, Acidity Medium

Overall A easy drinking wine with complexity that was nice, but for me it was not my style to get rave reviews I mean don't get me wrong it was nice, did have that italian profile I get which isn't my style

Nose: Clean, Med + Intensity,
Seven Up [Sugary Lemon/Lime] Rubber Cement

Taste: Dry, High Acid, Med Minus Body Finish Medium Plus
Citrus Grapefruit [mix of Yellow/Ruby] Touch of Rubber, Bitter Grapefruit Pith also

Conclusion: has that dry riesling "bitterness" that personally doesn't suit me, also the wine isn't overly complex not like a german riesling can be

Nose: Clean, Med Intensity
hazelnut, lanolin, plastcine, waxy, light fruit

Taste: Dry, med plus acid, med plus body, finish med
Fruit Apple, Green Fruit, Waxy, Toasty BRioche

Conclusion: As mentioned by some other people tasting with it did seem to have a...different sensation as if there were "tannins" some people thought maybe the Acidification was balanced properly as it high acid for a barossa which can't really be natural
Not a bad wine, but the graves we tasted was much better tho it was blended with SB and Oak
