Color: very nice pale peach-salmon
Nose: low intensity, strawberry, chalk
Taste: low alco, high acidity (a bit too high for my taste) dominates the flavor profile. Strawberry jam, short aftertaste, pretty low taste intensity, good for summer evening, uncomplicated
Red
2014 Pomerol de Beauregard Bordeaux Red Bordeaux Blend (view label images)

Boring, redcurrant, mellow tannins, thin body
White - Sweet/Dessert
2008 Château Lange Sauternes Sémillon-Sauvignon Blanc Blend (view label images)
Color: deep golden yellow
Nose: high intensity, dried apricot, almond, apricot jam
Taste: pleasantly sweet, but not over the top, medium alcohol, medium acidity, that balanced sweetness.

Very pleasant wine to finish the evening
White
Bitter and alcoholic, aftertaste of sweet cough bonbons

Didn't like it

First of 6 bottles

Color: pale yellow greenish, i like it a lot actually
Nose: medium intensity, pear, peach, cotton
Taste: acidity medium, alco medium+, raspberries, slightly fizzy sensation on the tongue. Thin body. Long burning aftertaste. More straight to the point

After running through the airator:
What a change!
Nose: still dominated by a pear, but this time more "fluffy" and creamy one, but still fresh, less acidity.
Mouth: a bit muted, but more creamy. I prefer the straight from the bottle one.

I didn't expect much given it is still so young, but was pleasantly surprised, it is very well balanced already, excited to taste the next bottle in a year.

Plain and boring, got aroma of burnt tires after getting some air
White
Color: lemony yellow, more concentrated than expected
Nose: buttery (no surprise lol), corn, medium+
intensity
Mouth: medium alco, low-medium body, medium- acid again buttery corn, medium aftertaste.

Served at 12 degrees was pretty nice though lacking accidity, after it warmed up the acidity appeared with some bitter aftertaste.

Expected something super bready or briochy, turned out a bit more elegant with some sourdough and honey aftertaste.
Nose: delicate, medium intensity, some baking goods, but not overly yeasty
Taste: need some time to open up, first fruit and apples with sourdough bread and slight honey in the aftertaste. Low alco, medium- body, medium-high acidity, pretty long aftertaste

Not really my sparkling, i seem to prefer fresher ones

Nose: medium intensity, caramel, apple tart, light brioche
Taste: starts with a wow, but honey aftertaste ruins it for me
White
Color: pale straw with green border
Nose: pear and dried fruits with rum, medium intensity
Taste: low alco, medium acidity, medium-mouthfeel. A lot of dried fruits with rum. Reminds of porto wine. Grapefruit bitter in the aftertaste.
