Drinking beautifully. Opened with an ah so. Let sit in the bottle for about 30 minutes. Was elegant and smooth with hints of black cherry and blueberry and vanilla.

Acquired from a friend. Wasn't sure what to expect. At first open, still not sure. But we decanted it for about 30 minutes and it started to open up nicely - smooth with a little flavor, but definitely showing the age of an older wine. On the second hour, it still had life. Fruit started to come out. By hour three, it started to take a turn. Paired initially with steak with truffle butter, and later with chocolates. Pleasantly surprised.

Paired with Filet Mignons in a Cabernet Port Wine Sauce for Christmas Eve dinner. Decanted for one hour after opening, and the bottle was very nice and smooth. Drinking very well now.

Excellent Merlot. Fruity on the front with a smooth, velvet-like finish.

This wine was very versatile and paired well with a variety of foods - including a Rare Tempura Fried Loin of Yellow Fin Tuna, Sautéed Napa Cabbage, Red Pepper and Carrot with a Pickled Ginger Vinaigrette that we ordered from Stage House Restaurant in NJ. In addition we had multiple appetizers including a butternut squash soup, crimini mushroom strudel, and an open faced ravioli. It paired fine with all including the strudel, but the best pairing was with the tuna.
This wine is light, fruity and very fun to drink. Ready now.

Paired perfectly with a porterhouse steak with a bearnaise sauce. The buttery flavor in the wine was the perfect compliment to the butter in the sauce.
Definitely didn't mind pairing this white with our steak that evening.

This was a fantastic, smooth zinfandel. We are huge fans of Ridge Zins and this one was one of the best. Very drinkable right now.

Solid Cab. Paired with Grilled Peppercorn Sirloin Steak and Mashed Potates, and also had used 1/2 cup in the marinade for the steak before grilling. The spices in the wine paired very well with the steak.

Fantastic bottle. Paired with duck in port wine cherry reduction. Excellent match. Not usually a fan of Merlots, but this one ranks high on my list.

Drank on New Year's Eve. Pair with spicy sushi. Was a great match. The sweetness of the wine was perfect to off-set the spicy tuna rolls and other spicy items we ordered. So happy we bought a second bottle at the vineyard.
