Just now turning the corner and becoming evolved and with some complexity. Opening up well after a simple double decant. Spice and forest floor now detectable, underpinned for now by ripe fruit (plums). Good tannin and with a silky mouthfeel, good length. Still needs time. Delightful now 91, will be better in a few years 91-93 ish. 13%.

A little closed on opening, opening up in the glass. Tight and very brooding with bold acidity and excellent mineral backbone. Still very young.

The lightness is delightful showing in a well balanced medium bodied wine. Pretty colour too.
Refined table wine, stylistically just my sort of thing. 60% Grenache 40% Mourvèdre. Needs a few years.

Quite a bold wine, classy and elegant too. Impressive touching at modern without going too far. Deep succulent fruit. I liked this a lot. Syrah 50% Grenache 40% Mourvèdre 10% I’ll buy more and tuck them away. 14%

I’ve enjoyed Pesquié wines before, but this was my first Artemia. Just fantastic quality here, big but not over the top and keeping it classy. Quaffed beautifully, so much so I neglected to note specific descriptors. A pure wine.

Classy stuff, very well judged winemaking and clearly beautiful fruit. Easy and elegant across the palate. Gluggable and at 11.5% why not. Pure Syrah.

Awkward and hairy when first opened. Definitely needs a few years. After decanting and time in the glass it’s delightful.

Fully mature but with time in hand. Complex and with smokey refinement. There is a an edgy component through the mid palate a textural hairy tingle. The oak now well integrated and the finish is very long. Really fun bottle.

This really did slip down fantastically well. So graceful and sleek, very cleverly handled and judged winemaking. The nose already complex, ripe alpine strawberry and a tiny hint of balsamic volatility. Real energy and focus, yet so beautifully rounded too. Very enjoyable!

Mature and showing a complex bouquet, dark and autumnal, pure and mineral across the palate, refined, the toasted oak combining with the bold tannins and good length. Because of the toasty oak and tannins I'll pair the next bottle with grilled red meat. 91+

This is excellent Bourgogne, young of course but with a complex earthy nose, broad full palate, super mouthfeel, class tannin and real length. give it a couple of years. brilliant. 90+
