This wine has been in my cellar for some time now. I decanted it through a screen and cloth to get all of the residue. It was well worth the time and effort.

Very thin with little body. Maybe should have drank it sooner.

A very good wine and very drinkable as soon as you open it.

We love this wine. It is good right after opening and better with a little airing.
Red
Drank it with Bob and Layla.

Needs at least an hour to open up. Better this time than a year ago.

We love this wine but it takes at least an hour to open.

VegasOenophile's 2011 review is spot on. I can't write stuff like that. I love this wine. I wish I would have bought more.

I didn't expect much from this wine but was pleasantly surprised at how it opened up after about thirty minutes. It is light with not much body. It is a good daily drinker.

I have to say that the corks are breaking on all the bottles I have opened to date. The wine is has not been compromised. Let it open for at least an hour for the best results.

This wine was beyond its so-called window of consumption but you would have never thought that by the way it tasted. I decanted it an hour before dinner and it was smooth and silky. If it was beyond its time it may have been that it wasn't as bold as other bottles of the same vintage I consumed earlier.

Needs time to open. Nice on the tongue even at first sip.

This is one of my favorite Rosso. It does need time to breathe but is very smooth. It is a very good alternative to the more expensive Brunello.
White
Too much citrus flavors for me.

This was a nice somewhat fruity cab blend

Drank with a ribeye steak. It needed time to open. It was sort of chalky at opening. This wine drinks much better with food, not a sipper.

This is a disappointing Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. It is thin with little aroma or taste. I expected much more.

Fruity and simple. A little harsh at first. My wife thought it was thick but I thought it was a little light. Under $20.

This wine is a great Rosso. It paired very well with a ribeye. It has the perfect brunello favors at a fraction of the price.

A little disappointed in this wine. I waited 2 years to open and is thin and not as full-bodied as I hoped especially for Flora Springs an the price. Maybe the 2007 would be better.

Very nice soon. Lighter than I usually think for a Rosso.

Not the best Rosso for the price. I did not let it open up before drinking so it was a little harsh.

It took a while to open up. One hour later it was smooth and typical of a great Brunello. It was very rich with legs.

I thought it had no aroma or flavor. It was a bit earthy for me. My wife thought it had a great feel and that it opened up after decanting.

Drinking the second bottle, I have noticed that this wine drinks like a white wine. Maybe a Pinot grigio with a dark mask.
