Appearance medium deep garnet with hints of tawny , on nose I picked up aromas of toffee, earth, pooiness, sour black cherry, slight spice, oak and dark chocolate. quite rich. some mature Margaux typicality.

On the palate this wine was dry, some tannin, at first I thought it was passed its est but we didn't give it much time to breath. it tasted slightly corkie, with strawberry, caramel, sour cherry, blackberry, plum. after a bit of time it had more ripe fruit flavours with some overripe and pencil shavings

Overall it was a pleasant wine of good quality, I would like to have it again.

on the palate the wine was dry with heavy tannin, with a very smooth elegant feel and flavor of plum raspberry and black currants with pepper mint and little oak.

the appearance of this wine is a opaque garnet colour with legs. the nose of this wines is fairly pronounced with aromas of toffee, caramel old sour cherry, blackcurrant, raspberry, strawberry, dark chocolate and tobacco wine took a while to properly open i would suggest at least 2:30 to 3 hrs decanting

on the palate this wine is dry with medium tannin the acidity was a little too high. the flavors of pomegranate, strawberry, cherry, cassias, coco, tobacco, peppermint leaf with leathery and sharpness ,a rock from a fresh stream note, and light flavors of pencil shavings.finish was medium to long and i also picked up very slight sulfurs and quite a bit of sharpness but that went after longer aeration.

this wine can age for about 5 yrs with that said this is still a good wine I just wish I had kept it !

A medium lemon gold colour with a pale rim and some legs. The wines bouquet is of silky luscious peaches, mango, pairs, apples, lemon, white pepper grapefruit with mango and apricot. and some mineralization.

on the palate i found this wine to be dry, full bodied, 13% Alc, medium acidity, the flavors are similar to the nose beautifully ripe melon, citrus, pair, peach, mango, lycees with slight dairy, vanilla, mineral and white pepper notes. this wine may have had some lees treatment or maybe MLF

overall this is a very good example of a full bodied, well balanced exotic Chablis

Deep garnet in color , giving a medium+ bouquet of black current, plum, black cherry, cinnamon and soft black pepper, with some leather and milk chocolate

On the palate it is dry with medium acid, 13.5% alc and noticeable tannins indicating some aging, and a medium body, the flavours coming through are of soft black fruits plums, black cherry blackberry and some blackcurrants and some slightly unripe strawberry and leatheryness which give the wine a slight sharpness. and a medium+ finish

Overall a good , well made wine . the only quibble I have is the price is a bit too much for the quality delivered
