1/7/18, 4:57 PM - At this point, if given the choice, I would open the non-riserva. I've had both this month - and when you consider expectations and cost of the bottles - the non-riserva was a more enjoyable drink. I did have the Riserva a year ago and was blown away by it! This last bottle was not as stellar yet still very good. I'm hoping it comes back around as Uccelliera wines do hold up very well.
