Was a little concerned the too portion of the cork was very brittle. After carefully removing the cork i decanted for about 30 min. Fortunately the wine was in good shape. Fruity, smooth, and got better as it sat. Probably right at its end of drinking window. If you have a 2003 drink it now. I have a 2004 that I will probably drink this year.

Drank with my son on his 21st birthday. 21yr old bottle held up well. Top third of cork was a little dry required some delicate work to uncork the rest was fine. It was a great wine for a nice occasion. Still has time left. If you still have one you will enjoy it.
