November 29, 2018 - This wine brings the thunder. Dark brooding fruits with some Christmas spice. It has really improved with age. I have one bottle of the case left. New World in a good way. I tend to prefer Bordeaux but this wine is beautiful.
April 4, 2018 - Bro-rolo's 2018 Masters Bro-down; 4/1/2018-4/8/2018 (Augusta, GA): we paired this up against the 09 IP BdM...kind of like pairing Johnny Miller and Nick Faldo...'Merica vs Europe...trying to see which one can trash tour pros the best...my bet is on Faldo, he's so ninja-passive-aggressive with his intellectual accent and British giggles lol you don't even know he just trashed your golf game to 10 million people on tv until two weeks later lol...Johnny will just straight up tell you how bad you suck lol...Faldo wins

May 19, 2017 - Showed very well. Black and red fruits, spice, fully integrated tannins. Long finish.
April 23, 2016 - Short decant not enuff..still outstanding claret with years to go..berries have it.. nice finish..this went very quickly at 2 nd nite Seder..hold remaining bottles as this will surely get better with age
September 16, 2013 - Winorama with a surprise (engagement)!; 9/15/2013-9/18/2013 (Napa Valley California): I think of Claret as being a predominately Merlot-based blend, but this was majority Cabernet. Very full and deep wine with raspberries and cranberries and just a touch of tannin and the taste of grandma's spice cabinet. Not really ready to be drunk right now, but still drinking well. With time, some black fruits started to come through - black raspberry and blackberry. Even at the end felt a bit tight - imagine it could really great in some more years.
