While delicious, it is just not yet drinking in its sweet spot. Bing cherry, orange rind, some detectable alcohol on the finish. I called it 2013 Fourrier Clos St. Jacques.
November 22, 2023 - Wonderful nose of strawberries and raspberries with lots of spice. On the palette it is a bit reserved needed a few more years to show its true potential. In a few years likely to be rated 96.
November 5, 2023 - During the La Paulée in Zurich, so no detailed tasting notes. Youthful still, elegant red and dark fruit, subtle spices.
May 25, 2023 - Winetasting dinner Raveneau, Rousseau, Liger Belair, DRC (FB (E.S.)): Savoury aromas and palate. Beginning tertiary notes of farmyard. High acidity and medium tannins
April 3, 2023 - This uphill and stony terroir, above Mazy haut, like the Clos du Fonteny, delivers the most airy wines in Gevrey. Red fruited, with subtle spices and oak perfectly integrated, this wine was elegant, juicy, sappy, ending in a bright and long finish. Typical 2014 with its matt and restrained profile 3 hours of air brought to the fore more power and some black fruits. If it was opened a tad young, it was a nevertheless a vg companion to a T bone matured for 370 days.
January 28, 2023 - 醒酒接近50分钟的时候，就已经比较开放了，香气很正派，对称地将鼻腔撑开，树莓、樱桃、蔓越莓和山楂，略带一点黑莓，平静通透，具绅士风度，中后段有着甘草、板正光滑的木质、淡淡的复合草本、淡奶油和黑胡椒的味道。入口同香气的印象类似，比较端正精细，集中度中高，单宁多，细细密密爬在口腔里，红木和玫瑰花香附着在活跃的红果味上，显得干净利落，后端有着精细的矿物感。
30分钟瓶醒后，香气中绽放出饱满的果味，草莓、山楂从树莓、樱桃之类的果味中突出，伴随着飘逸的玫瑰花香，光滑的红木作衬，一点麝香、皮毛和皮革味在端正之中吊出一缕野性，整体显得更美。口感变得活跃，在左右的宽度上延伸得更好，汁水感包裹着轻微的果浆感，肌肉感慢慢成型，花香向上蒸腾，麝香、矿物感、动物皮毛和月桂叶之类的香料萦绕后段，美中不足的是深度不够。
2小时30分钟后，香气中散发着岩茶的香气，杨梅、玫瑰凝露将之包裹其中，口感和香气整合得更好了，颇有几分“岩骨花香”的韵味。到了4小时后，整体融合度就很高了，纤细之中有筋骨，虽然不太壮实，但也有肌肉感。94/100
