White - Sparkling
1995 Jacquesson & Fils Champagne Grand Cru D.T. Non Dosé Avize France, Champagne, Champagne Grand Cru

Late disgorged in 2019. Almond and nutty aromas. Very ripe. Drink now! 93+
White
2008 François Raveneau Chablis 1er Cru Chapelot France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru
94 points
Pale gold colour. I love the typical Raveneau aromas of toast. Aromas fade away pretty fast. Very high acidity
White
2004 François Raveneau Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru
93 points
Full bodied and more intense aromas than Chapelot 2008. Full of Raveneau's toasty notes. Long finish
White
2009 François Raveneau Chablis Grand Cru Valmur France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis Grand Cru
95 points
Medium gold colour. Very high acidity and more intensity than Chapelot 2008 and Montee de Tonnere 2004. On the other hand also a little closed right now and more feminin. Beginning tertiary notes of almond.

This is something special. Young so still very fruity. Of course it has lots of potential for further ageing but it can definitely also drink now! My rating is based on performance right now. 97+

White
2020 Domaine de la Romanée-Conti Corton-Charlemagne France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru

Extremely concentrated and rich. Full bodied No complexity and balance at the moment. Much of it is hopefully related to it's youthfulness. Medium+ acidity. It is difficult to understand the hype and price around this wine when it comes to the quality. For me it is not at same level as other DRC cuvees. 92+
White
2018 Etienne Sauzet Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru La Garenne France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru
91 points
No notes - too late in the evening.
