February 28, 2024 - Any Rhone (A Side Public House): Drank a small glass over 45 minutes. I love the floral notes to this and it seems elegant. This is an accessible and friendly Northern Rhone.

February 25, 2024 - Monthly Tasting Group: All the Rhones (A - Side Public House, St. Paul, MN): Light gold color. Drank a glass over an hour. The nose is complex offering a mix of fumé, pear, fusil, tropical fruits, flowers, stone fruit and flinty stone. The palate blends a healthy amount of minerality with peach, lychee, stone, fusil, pear, and subtle spices on a medium frame. This was showing well with a nice balance, not overtly boisterous or showy, very nice maturing character.

January 31, 2022 - In a great place. Honey, minerals galore, good acidity and freshness. Restrained sweetness, still a true Condrieu. Drinking a point.

June 27, 2021 - Beautiful light gold color. Honeycomb, white flower and a touch of oak on the nose. High (+) alcohol, Medium (-) acidity, very round with ripe flavors. Slightly mineral. Butter and creamy. Exotic fruits. Medium to long finish with a sweet tone.

December 21, 2019 - Another Blind Saturday (S2's): Blind Saturday Group.
Lots of honeycomb with a hint of oak on the front end, but finishes super dry. Hints of white flowers, but not cloyingly floral. Oily texture with a nice punch of acidity.

October 2, 2019 - A very pretty and full of charm wine that worked its magic on the evening.
Classic , well made condrieu, floral, exotic fruits, soft honey and that textbook Rhone valley bitter edge. Solid now in its fresh state still and probably for people like us who like their Rhone whites with a bit of freshness at peak. Solid 91.

June 7, 2019 - Superb drinking! Beautifull gold colour in the glass, roses in the nose. On the palate roses, butter, nuts. Overall fresh and less sweet than i remembered from last bottle. Delicious.

May 25, 2019 - Drunk after a Riesling, very interesting to see the difference. This is more nutty, floral and with sweet tones in the finish. Drinking excellent! Bit heavy with 14,5% alcohol. Better after the bottlevis open for 30-60 minutes.

November 16, 2018 - A tasty white Rhône. Maybe a little sweet for my liking but extremely enjoyable.

July 10, 2018 - I agree with the three prior tasting notes. I wouldn’t call it sweet, but it does have a certain roundness that is pleasing. I have had this twice now and just added three more. Drinks at opening and improves over the hours. I don’t have much experience with aging viognier, but this seems like it has many years left in it, possibly to 2023 - 2028.
