February 8, 2019 - Very nice, good concentration of pear and green apple flavors. Don't serve too chilled; better at cellar temp to really show off the full palate and depth of flavors. Nice finish. Great with gruyere, green vegetables, quiche and the like.

August 26, 2017 - 8/26/2017 SPC Class WK1: Pale yellow in color, moderate aroma intensity - shows some age. Notes of green apple, lime, and light fragrance of buttered bread. Dry, with medium body and lively acidity, medium finish.
January 1, 2016 - The wine has low acidity. It tastes like pear.
May 30, 2015 - C’est ma découverte du printemps! Avec sa robe jaune paille intense et ses bulles fines ce mousseux californien s’affirme par la puissance de son nez avec son bouquet de pain grillé, de pâtisserie, de pomme verte et de vanille. On y décèle aussi des notes d’amandes et de pierre à fusil. Toutefois c’est cette richesse et finesse en bouche qui nous prend par surprise avec son acidité bien dosée, d’un pur rafraîchissement.

January 13, 2014 - Nice small bubbles, and lots of them. Looks great. Nice bread, yeasty nose. Great in the mouth too. Fruity, with good balance and acid. Good fruity finish. 4-12-16-8: 90/100.
January 1, 2014 - Left over from last night. Fine color and bubbles. Looks the part. Not especially forthcoming on the nose, but certainly no "off" notes. Quite flavorful and expressive in the mouth however. Relatively light body, delicate, lively acidity balanced with fine light fruit flavors. Overall very good quality, and q:p ratio. 4-12-16-8: 90/100.
