Thin yellow color, moderate aromas of citrus, apple, and light oak/spice aromas. Off-dry with fresh acidity, and flavors of green apple, grass, and spice. Short finish, but overall balanced with moderate complexity.
A good value for the price.

Pale yellow color with green tinge. Moderate aroma intensity showing some age - light lemon curd, apricot, and yeast. Off-dry, medium bodied with lively acidity. Evolves on the finish from flavors of ripe apple to nutty. Medium finish, overall balanced, complex, and an average value for Champagne.

Thin, yellow color. Weak aroma intensity, youthful and fruity notes of green apple, lemon, grass, and peppercorn. Off-dry and light-bodied with moderate flavor intensity, green apple and lemon, Short finish. Overall, well balanced but lacking in complexity for my taste.

On the palette, dry, medium-bodied, with lively acidity and moderate intensity of flavors, butter, apple, and vanilla. Long, uninspiring finish on the tart side. Average complexity, and not a great value.

On the palette, off-dry and light bodied with lively acidity and weak but astringent tannins. Prominent flavors of strawberries, smoke and cedar. Medium finish.

Pale ruby color. Aroma intensity was weak, but complex showing some age. Mineral notes, along with tart red berries, also detected a hint of acetone. On the palette, dry and lively acidity, moderate but soft tannins. Moderate flavor intensity, mostly unripe strawberry. Might be in a dumb phase?
