Monday, May 13, 2013 - Nose - Earth, Cherry, Strawberry
Taste - This wine attacked my tastebuds after previously consuming an '01 Bordeaux. The tannins were out to take no prisoners. Futher sips gave way to the flavors of the red fruit that dwarfed the vegetal side often found in Chinon. Enjoyable.
