  Minerals, mint and a touch of petrol in the bouquet. On the palate full bodied, concentrated, good acidity, a pleasant touch of sweetness and bitterness in the finish. Very beautiful wine with a long future. (95 pts.)

  Apricots and polishing wax in the bouquet. Same on the palate, honey, botrytis, caramel, full bodied, enormous length and beautiful acidity. A rich and complete wine. (93 pts.)

  Drank from magnum. A very beautiful and clean bouquet. Crisp and clean with beautiful and focused acidity. Really lovely bubble. (93 pts.)

It was a great tasting in a beautiful atmosphere and accompanied by beautiful dishes of 2 Michelin star quality.
Unfortunately I forgot to take my spittoon home, but I still hope it will be sent to my home address.
