Dry, medium+ acidity, 15,5% high acidity, silky, medium tannin. Warm, ripe and a bit cooked fruit, herbaceous, oak good integrated. Solid tannin structure, good texture. Good balance and grip, round and harmonious. Big and bold. Long finish, warm red fruit, a bit hot.
Potential for 5+ years. 90-91+ (90 pts.)

Clear, pale youthful color. Dry, some residual sugar, medium acidity, 12,5%. Way deeper, mineral and focused than the entry level Maximin. Pressure, depth, nice, ripe fruit, a bit sweet on the palate. Elegance and balance. Long, fruity and spicy finish. Really beautiful. 88-89+ (88 pts.)

Off-dry, medium+ acidity, 11,5% abv. A clear step-up from the Maximin feinherb. Tension, Grünhaus spices and herbs, beautiful balance, wonderful mineral core. Quite complex, multi-layered and long. Very joyful to drink, Long, fine and fruity, spicy finish. 87-89+ (88 pts.)

Clear, pale, youthful lemon golden color. Clear, medium intense, youthful nose, deep, dark, yeasty, sulphur, wild.
Off-dry, high acidity, 7,5% abv, deep, complex, wild. Tension, grip, juicy, extract, some zesty bitter notes. A bit rougher compared to his brothers, but I really like it. Classic Grünhaus Kabi at its best. Delicious! 90-91+ (90 pts.)
