An extra year of age after initial release always adds complexity to Sangiovese from this producer. I ran across this bottle by accident while looking for any 2017s still left in stock locally. Asked the merchant how he came to have such an old vintage on the shelf. He didn't have a clue. Asked if he would guarantee it wasn't corked. He said no, but offered it to me at 1/2 price. I took the risk. It was Wonderful!! Not oxidized at all.
