The nose was rather quiet, in particular when served cold. It opened up a bit after two days in the fridge. It was very enjoyable, light-footed but with a special texture, almost chalky, combined with relatively high acidity, but well integrated. This was all mineral in character, with delicate and subtle flowery-herbal flavors.
Not immediately, but I enjoyed it a lot at the end. Would be interesting to retaste it in a couple of years. (405 views) |
