Tasted by whits on 4/20/2024 & rated 91 points: Light golden color, the nose shows hints of pineapple and ginger, medium bodied with bright acids, the palate shows lemon and lime with a hint of saline, energetic, refreshing, delicious, well structured too (147 views)
Tasted by perrez on 1/10/2024 & rated 89 points: Was enjoyed by the ladies, a bit too unspectacular for my taste.
Had better memories on this one.
Quite mid in everything, but had it fans.
Will drink my bottles up and not rebuy. (432 views)
Tasted by bram_epicurien on 12/30/2023 & rated 90 points: Megeve December 30, pairing with fresh salmon. A nice dinner with family and friends with our honorary guests Laurent and AC. Hay, pineapple, citron, a muted and subtle nose. Med acidity, med body, med alcohol, med flavor intensity, med finish. Green apple, toasted pineapple, hay, salt, minerality. Very nice. (344 views)
Tasted by GiantSwords on 12/25/2023: Continuing my discovery of alpine wines. M lemon in the glass.
Dry with notes of honeysuckle, pear, quince, smoke, marzipan, cream/fresh cheese, dried herbs de provence.
H acid, M alcohol and Body, M+ finish. (282 views)
Tasted by gilrbo on 8/12/2023: PnP, then drunk over two evenings. No TN, from memory.
The nose was rather quiet, in particular when served cold. It opened up a bit after two days in the fridge. It was very enjoyable, light-footed but with a special texture, almost chalky, combined with relatively high acidity, but well integrated. This was all mineral in character, with delicate and subtle flowery-herbal flavors.
Not immediately, but I enjoyed it a lot at the end. Would be interesting to retaste it in a couple of years. (405 views)
