Jura tasting organised by Sommeliers Australia at Quay Restaurant. Four flights to show the styles of wines that come out of Jura.
Sherry style
Interesting tasting, nice wines and educational too boot. I've had Arbois wines before and I find them very pleasant. On this occasion I really liked the Dom.Bornard L'Ivresse de Noe and the Stephane Tissot Poulsard Arbois Sans Soufre. I also enjoyed the Pinot Noir and the Vin Juanes.
