Irish moos, sunday roast, chocolate powder, caramel, creamy, eucalyptus, I guessed this was a Heitz Martha's vineyard with all the eucalyptus. But - halas - it was a Bordeaux...
Tasted blind. Torf, dill, lots of smoke, salmon (??) malt, roasted coffee, tobacco. Very interesting wine with a super long finish. Love stuff like this

Tasted blind. Beautiful, beautiful sweetness, herbs, coke hard candy, honey, asian seasoning, green tea. this bottle felt incredibly young. So so so amazing.
Tasted non-blind out of magnum. Slightly austere, but still quite dense, a bit metallic, but nevertheless still quite good as it has this nice balance and notes of a typical aged bordeaux
Tasted blind. Performing so much better than the last bottle I had recently, this has so many fantastic notes of espresso, creme brulee, molasses and espresso ice cream. A nice bitterness that balances the sweetness with a very long finish. This is just a very very nice aged sauternes
Tasted blind. From what is not considered a particulary good sauternes year, this stands out and holds its own. Very medicinal, lots of creme brulee, nice length. Good wine.

Tasted blind, very warm nose, chocolate, quite intense but nice acidity, graphite, stable notes. Could really be a mouton.
