  Ending the same bottle. Paying no attention to conspirative theory of lactic additives, on the nose predominate notes of chalk and calcareous.
  On the palate still maintains that real class sweet note that helps with a truly short length. Rich and delicious savignin.
  
  Finalizando la misma botella. Dejando fuera la teoría de los aditivos lácticos, en nariz predominan las notas a tiza y a calcáreos.
  En boca sigue teniendo esa nota dulce que aporta una verdadera clase que ayuda con la corta longitud que desgraciadamente presenta. Abundante y delicioso savagnin.

• NV Tissot (Bénédicte et Stéphane / André et Mireille) Macvin du Jura Blanc

  With that so characteristic note of sweet camphor. A little linear in the mouth, one-dimensional, without any depth. Clearly there is a lack of charm.
  
  Con esa nota a alcanfor dulce tan característica. Un poquito lineal en boca, unidimensional, sin profundidad alguna. Falta algo de encanto.

• 2012 Domaine Rolet Poulsard Arbois Vieilles Vignes

  Still giving those soft aromas of cherries that I like the most. On the palate it shows timid and shortie yet delicious and with a balanced acid.
  
  Sigue aportando esos sutiles aromas a cerezas que tanto me gustan. Al paladar se muestra tímida y algo corta aunque deliciosa y con una equilibrada acidez.

• 2007 Philippe Butin Côtes du Jura Vin Jaune

  Same poor impression. One-dimensional, impersonal Vin Jaune.
  Aromas of chalk without depth. I won't taste it again. Out of my mind.
  
  La misma pobre impresión. Un vino Jaune unidimensional, impersonal.
  Aromas a tiza sin profundidad. No la volveré a probar de nuevo. Está fuera de mi cabeza.

• 2007 Domaine Rolet Arbois Vin Jaune

  Still without any grace, quite simple, flatted-like. Nothing else but a touch of chalk and butter. No complexity nor elegance. Just ready to match food.
  
  Sigue sin gracia, simple y como chafada. Sin aportar nada que no sea un toque a tiza y algo de mantequilla. Sin complejidad ni elegancia. Listo para acompañar comida.

• 2009 Caveau de Bacchus Arbois Vin Jaune Cuvée de la Confrérie

  Today's best Jaune indeed. Memories of nuts and lactic. Short yet tasty on the palate. Perfect pairing assorted cheeses.
  
  Sin duda el mejor Jaune de hoy. Recuerdos a frutos secos y lácticos. Cortito aunque sabroso al paladar. Perfecto acompañando quesos variados.

  Much better than Tissot's. Endless complexity on the nose with that sweet camphor, wet wood, lemon yoghurt. Also minty.
  Balanced acidity, good length, delicious aftertaste. Superb.
  
  Mucho mejor que el de Tissot. Complejidad sin fin en nariz con esa nota a alcanfor dulce, lana mojada, yoghurt de limón. También mentolado.
  De una acidez equilibrada, una buena longitud y un delicioso postgusto. Súper.
