Zingy acids, whilst medium bodied, and subtle underripe peach and apricot flavours, as well as slightly candied lemons, bit of cloves and cinnamon, and some walnuts, as well as almond. Somewhst savoury towards the back and slightly briny, and slightly toasty. Medium length. Nice!

Very savoury and briny on the palate, with fresh rose petals, underripe redcurrant and red cherry, as well as raspberry, then a sure darkish rendition of molasses, burnt butter, and tar. Lovely!
