Fabulous tasting for trade only.
Tasted at the Sorting Table / Glunz event @ Webster's Wine Bar.
Gorgeously aged garnet/brown color.
The nose is still very lively. Some nice spice with earth and mulled red berries.
Palate is elegant and supple. Very nice finish. Excellent balance and acidity.
Still some life in this bottle after nearly thirty years.
Depth and complexity are stunning with secondary aromas of leather and charred cedar.
Gorgeous. First Richebourg experience is a plus.

Beautiful garnet color. Such an experience tasting a wine that's twice as old as myself.
Lovely depth with gorgeous red berries. Chewy finish showing some signs that's it's time to drink.
Excellent length with multiple layers in the finish. Subtle notes of mushroom and wet earth are accompanied by a unique sweet spice.
What an honor it was to sample this juice.

Best white wine tasted at the event.
Awesome nose of citrus, apples and gorgeous roasted nuts.
Perfectly balanced with great acidity and a seamless finish. Long long finish.

Very nice and feminine wine.
Lovely velvet purple color. The nose is very ripe. Attacking the palate with ripe plums, vanilla and baked goods.
The palate is very elegant and shows excellent tannins that are well integrated with both the alcohol and lovely acidity.
This is a solid bottle. There's a lot ofhype around Twomey Merlot and often aficionados scoff at it.
I think it's a solid bottle of vino. Can you get a better Merlot for $50 -- probably.

Holy smoke! This was a SPECTACULAR wine experience. Absolutely the WOTN.
So much going on in the nose. Tons of apples and honey. Roasted walnuts, burnt caramel. So rich.
The palate is neverending. Lush tropical fruits. Some excellent sweetness on the mid-palate but the acidity holds the wine together with such finesse.
This is by far the best riesling I have ever tasted. This is absolutely mind blowing. The balance of acidity, sweetness and alcohol is flawless.
Well done.

Incredible experience trying some world classic red and white Burgundy, stunning California Cab, and one of the best German Rieslings I've ever experienced!
