Fantastic evening for the Proprietors and Estate Reserve members of the Cotes du Coeur Society. This evening's event was held at Robert Woolley's phenomenal 8 acre estate in the heart of Dallas. Besides enjoying an excellent gourmet dinner prepared by Chef Doug Brown, we had a chance to taste a number of very interesting Champagnes.

Light pink color. Excellent nose of blackberry cinnamon apple pie. The body falls a little flat, though the flavor is balanced. Blend of Pinot and Chardonnay.

Deep colored rose - smoked salmon pink. Quick, berry nose. Full mouthfeel, more berry notes and fresh fruit flavors. Not bad for a rose.
