Introduction

We had never been to the Mondavi Winery, and thought their Signature Tour & Tasting ($20/person) would be a good introduction to the process of making wine for our friends who were on their first trip to wine country. It was certainly a bit "touristy" but our guide provided some good insight and was quite knowledgeable. The tour concluded with a seated tasting of a few wines.
