  Fresh sauvignon blanc nose, mineral, aromatic but not special.
  Good fruity attack, slight bitterness, soft mid palate, good length.

  Light green gold.
  Lightly aromatic, a little mineral, slight vanilla.
  Full bodied, citrus attack, nice fruity mid palate, soft, reasonably long. Would keep at least two years.

  Dense blackcurrant hue with little age.
  Fruity cabernet sauvignon nose, a hint of animal development, cloves.
  Soft ripe fruit, ripe tannins, drinking well but will keep 5 to 8 years.

  Meaty notes, with some vegetal and fruit notes, a lot going on here.
  Fruity attack, light tannins, full mid palate, quite long.

  Very animal nose, quite aromatic with bell pepper notes.
