Still tight on the nose but more complex with hints of mineral and smoke. Ripe red fruits and intense palate, with hints of sweetness at the finishing.
Although the colour is lightest among the reds but it is the most serious wine of the night. Robust in style with forward red fruits. It has tannic backbone but very fine and long.
Fresh and very aromatic nose, full of floral and lychee notes. Sweet and intense palate. But it has bright and lively acidity to balance the sweetness and bring out the fruits profile.
Pop and poured it is still tight on the nose with plenty of oak and rather short on palate. After 2 hours it opened up to show dark red fruits, earth, leather and peppery spice on the nose. It has further developed from last time I tasted the wine, soft yet still a little austere, along with cherries, canberries, earth, leather and pepper. Lean acidity and good mid-palate, with earthy and spicy finish, long and fine. This time I noted the wine has developed more toward old world classic style and showing unique terroir expression.

Fresh jammy nose, with lots of red fruits and raspberries. Very approachable fruity palate and soft tannins.

In a different style than Tasmorcan, good mix of fruits with some earthiness just started to emerged. Has some structure and finishing is good too.
