The "Elements 10" bottling. Not much more to add to what Salil mentioned below. This is focused, balanced and utterly delicious. Refined mousse and a chalk-influenced finishing note. If the price is right, this is a real bargain.
As a Chardonnay, this is pretty good, with a nice plump middle and clean, fresh fruit. However, as this is Chablis, it doesn't quite meet its performance parameters. No chalk or brine notes. Not really focused and precise. A bit creamy actually. This got a bit better on the second day, and was quite drinkable, but again, a disappointment given what it should be... Grand Cru Chablis.

Not a wine for drinking now. This shows the nervy, edgy quality of the vintage, which is nice, but it is too tightly coiled right now. Got better with air, as some cherry and mineral notes came out a bit. I enjoyed the texture of this wine a lot, but for more pleasure, waiting is in order.
A bit closed at first, but this took to air like a fish to water. Savage notes of game and tapenade, with subtle earth notes lingering on the finish. Meaty and herbal flavors join the mix... a lot going on here.

This was odd. Sharp and angular, with an overly mature sense to it... a bit of heat and raisins. Another taster stated this was not representative, so I'll have to guess this bottled was compromised in some way.
Red wine of the night. This enigmatically had a savage, rustic, untamed character to it, but still refined and svelte. Layers of savory notes, with game, herbs, leather and spice. So complete on the palate, with nothing out of place. The structure is accessible but still has room for further evolution. The first bottle of the night to be emptied.
This underwhelmed me on the first taste (popped and poured), as it came across and extremely thick, sweet and candied, with only moderate acidity. As this took on air it became more focused and precise. Yes, it was EXTREMELY sweet, but once the acids kicked in, it really left the palate clean and refreshed. So much apricots, peach, spice, honey and other jammy orchard fruits are packed into this wine. On day 2 this just exploded on the palate. I have one more left, which I will try to age.
