Closing
1) Selosse Initiale is wonderful, much better than anything else at this high-end tasting and even better than the version originale.
2) Bollinger Special Cuvee is indeed excellent, and perhaps even better with a few years of age on it.
3) Ayala is indeed an excellent Champagne producer.
4) Lanson has good character for a large label.
5) The Savart was wonderful, possibly the #2 or #3 wine of the tasting, though expensive.
6) The Lassalle was an excellent rose.

Darker golden color; richer nose, yeasty; tons of acidity and no sugar, complex but a bit reticent; medium-long finish. Excellent, but the initiale is much better. 92
