Pale straw color with apple and bakery scents; loads of energy, youthful and tight; very clean, racy and precise. Could use some minerality and definitely needs time. "Subtle clout" needs to flesh out further.

Vigorous mousse, very youthful appearance, bits of biscuity golden apple with subtle brown spices combined with yeasty complexity. Very pure, precise and linear. Needs time to loosen up a bit because this is quite tight, although pleasantly so. Try again in the next 2-3 years.
