Initially sharp, cold granite and minerality, you can almost smell the edgy alcohol note. Rather tart on the palate with hot but very long finish. Grapefruit and orange on the palate, but feels a bit woody. With time develops note of kiwi fruit and bread. Quite good, but not the friendliest of bottles.
3.5g/l dosage was my favourite of the trio. Lovely creamy stony nose with hint of curd, flowers, zephyr. Well integrated, pleasant body and mouthfeel. Interesting note of fresh cucumber develops with time. Excellent.

7g/l. Softer, rounder, broader feel to this one. Dense, ripe peach. Nicely balanced,, but with a bit sweetish, cloying finish.
