Pale pink in appearance. Lightly fruited and mineral on the nose, with aromas of strawberries, cherries and some floral notes. High acidity, medium bodied and finish. Overall a nice party drink, refreshing and crisp.
Flavours and aromas of raisins, dates, dried prunes and figs were present beneath the (overbearing) sweetness of the PX. Somewhat lacking in the acidity. Better to pair it with some food or cheese.
