A number of wines are regularly substituted for other vintages or other bottlings from the same producer. I tried to confirm each, but didn't want to delay the very busy staff, so some bottlings and vintages may be incorrect.
NV Jacquart Champagne Brut
France, Champagne
Quite rich, off dry (and perhaps a touch too much dosage). Bready. Hollow mid palate, short finish. Meh.

One of the pleasant surprises on the list. Citrus, honeydew. Bit of a herbal note on the nose (bell pepper?). More herbal notes on the palate, especially with air. Good acidity; medium finish. Nice.

2005 Alois Kracher Cuvée Crystal Cruises
Austria, Burgenland, Neusiedlersee
I was told that this was a 2005 Auslese, though Crystal appears to have several Cuvees, varying in vintages and from Spatlese to TBA, so I am unsure. This seemed more TBA. Very complex nose of baked pear, apricot, savory spice, soap, and botrytis. Incredibly rich palate of pineapple and botrytis. Good.
