Apple, lemon and vanilla. Quite tangy acidity, some minerality and feels very fresh overall. Not too much depth to it but still tastes good with its refreshment and a little lick of sweetness toward the finish.
Bottle purchased recently. Light golden colour. Mandarin, pear, honey and toast on the nose. Good depth and richness to the fruit, there is certainly a sense that this has some age to it. Good length and balance.
Grapefruit, floral, pear, and floral notes on the nose, with a little spice trailing through. Lovely palate, with well balanced acidity and beautiful pure fruit. Good flavour intensity while retaining excellent balance. Delicious stuff.

Blind. Flint, rocky minerals, white florals and smoke. Beautiful palate tension, very fine acidity with great verve and persistence. Some phenolic grip as well, giving it good texture. Great length. Super stuff.
France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Meursault 1er Cru
Sea spray, apricots and peaches. Good rich fruit profile on the palate with sweetness lapping at the edges - feels quite mouthfilling. Still shows off good texture and carry. Still youthful for now.
Golden colour. Plenty of intensity on the nose, apricot, vanilla, some saline and almond notes. Palate is full and bold, but in context it feels balanced. Good interest and texture. Really good length. Lovely stuff.
Marmalade, truffle, mandarin, lemon and toast - the nose has a subtlety to it that I didn't expect. The palate is stylish as well, with grip and good texture, but also plenty of funky interest - a good mix of orange fruit and structure. Feels like it strikes a good balance between the natural and more conventional wine worlds.
Blind. Stalk and herb with menthol, sweet blackberry and blackcurrant and some tobacco based smoky notes. Good mix of sweet fruit as well as herbal and savoury notes on the palate, there is good flow and the fine tannins provide very good structure. Bordeaux the obvious choice when picking it blind. Really nice, but I preferred the 1996 Margaux next to it. Drinking pretty well now.
Blind. Oak, blackcurrant, earthy, cherry, some flint, pencil shavings and roses. Really impressive fruit depth on the palate, this is rich and full and works well when paired with the strong tannins - it tastes youthful but there is obvious complexity to it. Has plenty of potential to continue improving from here.
Blind. Resin, chocolate, blackcurrant, dark florals and black cherry notes. Tannins are still quite full on the palate but they are fine and there is an element of richness to the fruit that works well together. Punchy but also shows good purity. Plenty of time left for this.
Earthy, tobacco, ash, white tea leaves and orange peel - lovely aromatic lift here. The palate is excellent, there is both delicious fruit as well as serious structure with plenty of savoury notes giving it a bit more of that "x" factor. Really good acid profile stretches the fruit out well. Has some differences to the last bottle tried, but certainly still shows the excellent class of this wine.
Blind. Punchy aromatics - blackcurrant, cherry, roses and ash, with tar and mixed spices as well. Good tannin framework here, they prop up the fruit very nicely. This is really nicely drinkable, with the fruit doing its part well and no signs of oak intruding. Very happy drinking this.
Blind. Tar, cherry, blueberry, chocolate and a light herbal background element. This is driven by acidity and tannins at the moment, this feels young and very punchy. Certainly has the rich fruit element that will integrate if given plenty of time to do so. More potential than pleasure for now.

Orange, lemon, grapefruit and grapes. Amped up sweetness on the palate, though there is good citric acidity to mostly clean it up. Good length. A small glass was enough for me at that point.
