    pale garnet; quite acidic, intense; strawberry, cherry, plum, juicy, bergamot, nutmeg, herbal, tea, roast duck, long finish; in all counts an excellent wine, simply wow... think the best drinking window has just started, and can go on at this level for at least 5 years

Closing

Lots of learning on the terroir, viticulture, and vinification practices in Côte d'Or, Burgundy.
The wines, being among the best of Burgundy has to offer, were nothing short of awesome.
Really enjoyable experience, and totally worth the trip.
