Post Musique et Vin Festival Concert Dinners (Château du Clos de Vougeot): Small glass, brief note. Red cherry and berry with subtle spice. So elegant, sneaky good length.

Echézeaux Grand Cru Masterclass with Jeannie Cho Lee MW (China Club, Central, Hong Kong): pale ruby; fresh acid, light body; raspberry, capsicum, cloves, almond, earthy, fairly long; very good wine, and best consumed soon in order to preserve the freshness
Pearl of Burgundy 2015 Tasting (Hong Kong): no detail notes. Coming after the CSJ this was clearly not at the same level. Rather disappointing.
POB tasting. Less compelling than Clos St. Jacques, which was explosive.
More oaky than the csj. The aroma and palate are more subtle. It certainly has some fourrier character but the density is not gc level in my view. 90
