Flight 5 - Chambertin Grand Cru (1 Note)

  • 2010 Camille Giroud Chambertin

Delicate, fine, beautifully textured, scented. Length goes on and on. Classically refined Grand Cru but needs a lot more time - probably another decade.

Closing

Very enjoyable tasting, although nothing really blew me away. Typical wines of the vintages and communes. A pleasure to spend time tasting with Michael Schuster and hearing his comments on the wines and the vintages.
