Decanted 3.5 hours. Dark strawberry in color with lightening on the edges to light pink. Spice and red fruit on the nose. Intense crushed red fruit and cinnamon on the palate. Lush, rich mouthfeel. Very long finish.
Decanted 7.5 hours. Ruby in color. Subtle nose, with vanilla bean, woody notes and a touch of herbs. Cola and some cocoa powder notes on the approach. The acidity is still well-balanced and leads to a lush, long finish with structured tannins.
Decanted 7.5 hours. A dark garnet center that lightens out to the edges. Milk chocolate and some herbal notes on the nose. Some vanilla notes but something is a little funky on this nose as well. Integrated flavors of chocolate and an elegant finish.
Decanted 4 hours. Beautiful amber-brick in color. Cocoa powder and a touch of funkiness on the nose. Subtle raspberry, strawberry and some tart cherry on the approach, giving way to a really balanced mid-palate and finish.
Decanted 5 hours. Medium ruby in color. Great dark fruit of black cherry and plum, as well as some floral notes on the nose. Young, dark fruit on the palate with some baking spice, and cinnamon. Extremely balanced mid-palate and some great dark fruit notes with a touch of that cinnamon spice on the very long finish.
7 hours decant. Dark purple in color. Purity of grape on the nose with some floral and dark fruit aromas. Young, primary fruit on the palate with boysenberry, black cherry, and black plum. Very well-balanced. There is a lot of dark fruit on the very long finish.
