2000 Vincent Dauvissat (René & Vincent) Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses Flawed
France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis Grand Cru
In 00/05/06/09 vertical. Madeira-like and clearly well past its peak, which surprised me because of how great and bright this was 7-8 years ago.

2005 Vincent Dauvissat (René & Vincent) Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses 92 Points
France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis Grand Cru
In 00/05/06/09 vertical. Lots of orchard fruit throughout, ripe and fleshy to start with a more crunchy, minerally and long finish. Good now, I doubt there is upside.

2006 Vincent Dauvissat (René & Vincent) Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses 94 Points
France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis Grand Cru
In 00/05/06/09 vertical. The star of the flight. Bright colors, aromas, flavors. I never would thought it 14 yo. Slightly floral with rich orchard fruit. Powerful and dense throughout, but complex and enticing textures emerge from the middle forward, really showing its terroir. Identical to another bottle from the same source opened three years ago.

2009 Vincent Dauvissat (René & Vincent) Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses 90 Points
France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis Grand Cru
In 00/05/06/09 vertical. Very rich and powerful, but much more mature than the 2006, with earthy character and lots of ripe apple. Very good, but best to enjoy sooner rather than later.

2008 Domaine Dublère Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses 93 Points
France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis Grand Cru
Lots of lemon, lemon curd, lemon peel and rich apple. Very rich and concentrated, yet also very bright and minerally. Very good length. Better and brighter vs another bottle from a few months ago.
