    Medium lemon, viscous, and day bright. Medium intense nose, of grey stones, ripe melon, and a hint of honey. Fairly hefty, acids mouthwatering, yet a softened texture, while having flavours of ripe peach and melon, as well as honey and cedar. Quite a length at the back, and fairly complex. Good wine!

    Deep ruby with a purple hue, slight fading at edge, and viscous. Pronounced deepish aromas of blackberry, cassis, dried grass, nutmeg, roasted meats. Strong bite from the tannins, yet fairly balanced from the acids, with intense flavours of ripe blackberry and cassis, scorched earth, cigar smokes, toasted spices, dried grass, and burnt peat.
