Walk around tasting. Ripe, but classically textured, nicely bright and well balanced. Good now.

Walk around tasting. Delicately floral with apple and citrus zest. Good enough weight, classically bright and chalky. Good already now through 2030.

Walk around tasting. Floral and ripe aromatic start, with flavors that are more true to Chablis form. Good power and concentration with ripe apple, ending with bright, minerally textures, good+ length.

Walk around tasting. Big step up here over Valmur. Same collection of apples aromas and flavors with even brighter minerality. Dense throughout with an expanding finish. Very good.

Walk around tasting. Big, fat, ripe, and fleshy, more exotic than I want in Chablis... but very good concentration and an overall darn good glass of Chardonnay.

Walk around tasting. Ripe and simple, but easy to enjoy.

Walk around tasting. Ripe start with a much brighter and minerally finish. Good young.

Walk around tasting. From 30+ yo vines. Big step up in volume and concentration. A bit of new oak needs to harmonize further, but very good 88=89 point potential, 2024 forward.

Walk around tasting. Also on the ripe side for Chablis, less classically Chablis to me, really very fruit dominant. Moderate depth.

Walk around tasting. Also ripe, but longer and leaner with tense minerality from middle-to-finish.

Walk around tasting. Easily the most interesting and classic of the table lineup. Apple and lemon from start-to-finish with very good concentration. Good balance, good now, better in another year or three.

Walk around tasting. Ripe with good weight, a bit on the rich and sweet side and less classic.

Walk around tasting. Also ripe and surprisingly flat. OK overall. Odd bottle?

Walk around tasting. A big step up. Apple and lemon come across as both ripe and bright with good energy. Very good length and good+ balance already.

Walk around tasting. Rich floral start with citrus. An intensely rich start is followed by brighter character from middle-to-finish. Slightly burly finish will reward a few years in the cellar, 91-92 point potential, 2025 forward.

Walk around tasting. I found this bigger and less classic vs Blanchot. Upside from here if it brightens up, 90-92 point potential, 2025 forward.

Walk around tasting. Still nicely fresh, certainly tasty and balanced, just slightly lacking depth. Good for its age and level.

Walk around tasting. Wow, what a great wine for its level and place! Floral and rich start with lemon and melon aromas. Rich while bright palate with lots of depth and a very long, bright finish. Mouth coating textures show both richness and energy. Worth seeking out (in more readily available vintages).

Walk around tasting. Unlike the older VV, this is more classically Sauv Blanc with grassy and juniper character, Medium weight and depth. Good enough now.

Walk around tasting. Ripe apple and pear start-to-finish with vibrant, minerally textures that are classic and elongating. Good depth, better length. Cellar for at one more year, this is a very good classic Chablis value.

Walk around tasting. On the rip side, so seemingly simpler than I expect for 1er Cru. Will more classic textures emerge? 88 point wine for me today, but upside from here.

Walk around tasting. Ripe start is fun, slight bitterness in the middle adds an interesting contrasting layer, but I expected more balance at this time for this level wine. OK overall.

Walk around tasting. Big and clearly very ripe with good textures in the middle that seem nearly disjointed today. OK for its level.

Walk around tasting. Also somewhat disappointing, this seemed ripe and rich with little else, lacking typicity or a 1er Cru textural core.

Walk around tasting. Slightly floral with fleshy apple with good density and weight, ending with a bright finish. 80+ yo vines. Easily the best of the table's lineup. At the start of its drinking window.

Walk around tasting. Slightly dirty, lacking precision.

Walk around tasting. Simple but so well balanced and harmonious, this is very fun now with sneaky good length.

Walk around tasting. Ripe start, brightening up quickly middle-to-finish, ending with a classically Chablis finish. Probably better to cellar another year.

Walk around tasting. A Vieilles Vignes cuvee in 2019 from multiple plots. Simultaneously ripe and bright with very good concentration and precision. Classic Chablis styling, with good length. Very good.

Walk around tasting. Also very low SO2. Richness dominates this today detracting from its inherent "Chablis-ness" for now. Unusual.

Walk around tasting. From purchased fruit. First vintage produced. Clearly ripe start, leaner core emerging in the middle. Less elegant than the domaine wines, but good density. Better to cellar another year or three. I would be very interested to try this in future vintages that are more classic.

Walk around tasting. Bigger and brighter with good balance for providing near-term enjoyment. Not very classic, but certainly very tasty.

Walk around tasting. Floral start with good richness, then a brighter note from the middle forward that shows an intriguing/ contrasting anise-like bitter note. Cellar for a few years, I like the potential here.

Walk around tasting. Now we're talking! Ripe and very big, but almost as texturally engaging as big fruit. Very long, persistent finish. Good now, with upside.

Walk around tasting. Slightly floral aromas, nicely bright with plenty of apple. Broader orchard fruit profile on palate with mineral textures and very good length.

Walk around tasting. Equally vibrant, a step up in weight and density.

Walk around tasting. Slightly more plump fruit here, but floral and bright aromas are classically Chablis, and the ripe fruit flavors are wonderfully restrained with very bright textures. Good already now with further upside. Even better today vs when tasted a couple of weeks ago.

Walk around tasting. Big and nicely plump with a powerful fruit-driven start, then somewhat flinty in the middle, finishing rich and fat. 90-91 point potential, depending on the degree to which the brightness increases.

Walk around tasting. Floral, nicely balanced and fun for now.

Walk around tasting. Also floral, this shows plenty of ripeness but good tension middle forward. Lots here, better 2026 forward.

Walk around tasting. Another step up. Rich apple tom start, this quickly brightens up going into a long finish that is both ripe and bright in wonderful harmony. Good depth as well.

Walk around tasting. Seriously concentrated, unmistakably Grand Cru, while also unmistakably Chablis in its mineral energy. Floral start with layered character already starting to emerge. Better from 2025.

Walk around tasting. In tank. Very bright acidity with some apple and hints of apple cider character today. Will be fun young.

Walk around tasting. From tank. Slightly bigger and more fruit vs Petit Chablis, but also angular and bright. Good enough weight, this will also drink well young.

Walk around tasting. Delicately floral start with ripe Meyer lemon. Rich start, mineral-driven middle and finish, easily staying rich. Good length. I expect more harmony 2024 forward, 89-90 point potential.

Walk around tasting. A step up here. Same ripeness but the textures make this come across as leaner and more energetic. Cellar at least another year for everything to come together.

Walk around tasting. Even bigger yet, with the stuffing and energy to maintain its classic Chablis-ness. Very long finish, not quite perfectly harmonious, 91-92 point potential, 2026 forward.

Walk around tasting. Lots here - powerful, dense and brightly textured. Long and nearly chewy with so much coiled energy. Already seeming balanced, with clearly more in reserve. Excellent 93-94 point potential, 2026 -2040.
