A delightful expression of the minerality of its soils without even the slightest austerity, vinous with warmth from the wood without even a trace of oxidation, salty but playful finish with a hint of candied apple, impeccable resonance and length.

Very pure and natural, not for fans of classical terroir expression, citrus and apple, delicious souplesse and elegance, effortless finesse, floral lift, hint of spice, very good length. It’s just a different conception of white Burgundy.
Light as a feather, gooseberry and white pepper, rosehip, strawberry cream, fresh and soft, the mildest of tannins, flowers and minerals, so gentle and flowing, hint of fresh apple, a whiff of white nuts and flower honey, effortless ease, excellent length. Dreamy.
Very smoky and deep, spicy and malty, almost fishy saltiness, powerful and fresh, tropical fruits, saddle leather, great concentration and drive, hint of coffee and cocoa, dark pitch, outstanding length. Impressive.
